About Bosscha Observatory
The oldest modern observatory in Indonesia, at Lembang near Bandung. Founded with the bequest of tea planter Karel Bosscha. Its 60 cm Zeiss double refractor began work on double stars in the 1920s. Now part of the Bandung Institute of Technology.
